Original Paintings & Sculptures
Each original piece of art is packaged with extreme care and shipped insured, and you may need to sign for your package when it arrives. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Requests for a refund of original artwork for the purchase amount must be made within 7 days from the date the artwork was marked delivered by the carrier. All return requests should be sent to email@example.com with the subject line “Return Art” followed by order number (i.e. Return Art: 54363) with a reason for the return request noted in the email.
Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with the art. Once the art has been received and verified to be in pristine condition, a refund will be made within 5 business days.
In the unfortunate event that your purchase has been damaged during transit, I will refund your purchase.
If you receive damaged art, please contact me within 5 days to rectify the situation. All damaged inquires should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Damaged Art” followed by the order number (i.e. Damaged Art: 23467), along with proof of damage via digital snapshot.
Prints, T-Shirts & Mugs
My printing company takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The speed of delivery depends on product type and destination.
Unfortunately, I am not able to refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for size exchanges. Be sure to check the size chart that’s provided with each piece of clothing.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
